Youth Choir Co-Director
Scott Wagnon

Scott Wagnon is currently in his sixth year as the Vocal Music Director at Kamiakin High School in Kennewick, where he teaches both choir and guitar. He also serves as choral curriculum chair and music department head in the Kennewick school district. Scott is a Navy veteran, voice teacher, musical director, tenor soloist, adjudicator, and clinician. He received both a bachelor's and master's degree in music education from the University of Oregon. Under Scott's direction, his choirs receive superior adjudication ratings and top honors at competitions. Scott prides himself on collaborating with local and state groups, often taking advantage of visiting composers and conductors. He is an active member of NAfME, ACDA, Mid-Columbia Musical Theatre, and the Mid-Columbia Mastersingers. Scott's most distinguished accomplishments are his two girls, Anne and Audrey, that he and his wife Jessie are raising, which continue to be his greatest inspiration for artistic success.
