Wendy is from Vancouver, Canada and moved to the US with her husband and young children in 2002. She arrived at the Tri-Cities in 2009 via Cincinnati and Savannah. She is a 25-year member of the Chartered Professional Accountants Association of Canada, and has the commemorative watch to show for it, however, she rediscovered her love of the arts when her children got involved with music and theatre. She took an introductory theatre class at Columbia Basin College on a bit of a whim and ended up with an associate's degree in theatre and music in 2015. She has produced for the Academy of Children's Theatre and Mid-Columbia Musical Theatre, and has performed in a few local shows, most recently as Queen Margaret in CBC's production of Richard III. She also sings with the Mastersingers in the symphonic projects whenever possible. She feels blessed to be working with such a great group of people and truly believes in the ability to transform lives through the power of choral music.
